Saturdays 8 December and 16 February will be for compounds only while Sunday 9 December and 17 February will be open to all bow types.

There will be a maximum of ten people per day.The cost per person per day will be £25.

These workshops are aimed at the more experienced archers who would like coaching on technique and bow set up.

ALL VISITORS MUST PROVE GNAS MEMBERSHIP

 

We have a number of workshops coming up - download the appropriate file for full details.

The workshops will be held at Grange Community Centre, Polmont (maps in the download).

Arrival time 9am departure time 5pm. Each workshop will cost £7 for Balbardie members, £10 for visitors. Workshops need to be booked and paid for in advance to ensure a place. Block booking is advised to ensure a place at all workshops. The payment will go towards the cost of the venue and coaches expenses. Early booking is required as the coaches would like you to fill in, and return, a performance form prior to the first workshop.

90m was 278, now 291

FITA was 1237, now 1241

Double FITA was 2394, now 2447

I suspect we will now see the club indoor records under pressure as well!

A big thank you to all those who helped make the weekend one of the best competitions ever!

The field party were tremendous and the judges were very impressed with their efforts.

Also a thank you to Chris for the shortbread - the archers loved it.

Come along and join us at Armadale Academy TONIGHT for our Olympic Come n Try Event.

 

We will provide all the equipment and coaching that is required.

 

There will be no charge to try it out and anyone from 9+ years can have a go.

The come n' try session will be in on from 8.15pm - 9.30pm at Armadale Academy on Monday 10th of September 2012.

 

The session will be part of the West Lothian festival of sport which includes 21 clubs offering 17 different sports including archery, badminton, martial arts, mountain biking and gymnastics.
